Usage and Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to every workspace and every mailbox sent through Sendqube, whether connected via Microsoft 365, Gmail, or SMTP. It exists to keep deliverability high for every sender on the platform — spam complaints against one workspace can affect what inbox providers think of Sendqube as a whole.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only email contacts you have a legitimate basis to contact. You agree not to:

  • Send to purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped lists without a lawful basis.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email to people who haven't engaged with your business.
  • Falsify sender information, subject lines, or your identity.
  • Omit or obstruct a working unsubscribe path.
  • Send content that's illegal, deceptive, or promotes malware, phishing, or financial fraud.
  • Re-add a contact after they've unsubscribed.

4. Sending Limits & Pacing

Every connected mailbox has a daily send limit, and campaigns pace sends across working hours and sending days rather than firing all at once. When a sequence has multiple mailboxes assigned, sends rotate across them automatically, weighted toward whichever mailbox has the most daily volume left.

Sequences can also be started on a gradual ramp-up instead of full volume immediately — recommended for new or recently-paused sequences to protect mailbox reputation.

5. Mailbox Warmup

New mailboxes can be enrolled in automatic warmup, which exchanges real engagement with other Sendqube senders and gradually ramps daily volume before the mailbox is used for full-scale outreach. We strongly recommend warming up any mailbox that's new or hasn't sent outbound email before.

6. Bounce & Complaint Handling

Hard bounces are caught immediately at send time, and delayed bounces are detected automatically afterward — both are tracked per mailbox so you can see reputation risk before it grows. Reply detection can automatically pause outreach to a contact once they respond, so no one gets chased after replying. Consistently high bounce or complaint rates on a mailbox may result in that mailbox — or in serious or repeated cases, the workspace — being paused while we look into it.

7. Unsubscribe Handling

Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link. Once a contact unsubscribes, it's honored workspace-wide — not just for the sequence they unsubscribed from — and they won't be re-enrolled by that workspace again.

8. Email Verification

Verification credits let you check an address before sending to it, reducing bounce rates before they happen. We recommend verifying any list you didn't collect through a direct opt-in on your own site or product.

9. Enforcement

Violating this policy can result in a warning, a mailbox or workspace being paused, or account termination for serious or repeated violations, at our discretion. We'll always try to reach you first unless the activity poses an immediate risk to deliverability for other senders on the platform.

10. Reporting Abuse

If you receive spam that appears to have been sent through Sendqube, forward it with full headers to dev@sendqube.in and we'll investigate.
