1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Sendqube (available at sendqube.in) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Sendqube.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities
To use Sendqube you must create an account with accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for all activity under your account, and for the users you add to your workspace. Notify us immediately at dev@sendqube.in if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sendqube only for lawful, permission-based outreach. You may not use Sendqube to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) in violation of applicable law.
- Email purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.
- Send phishing, deceptive, or fraudulent messages.
- Use misleading "From" names, subject lines, or sender identities.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious links.
- Harass, threaten, or send hateful content to recipients.
You must have a lawful basis for contacting every recipient, include accurate sender information, and provide a working unsubscribe link in every campaign where required by law. You are responsible for complying with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR (EU/UK), CASL (Canada), and India's IT Act, wherever they apply to your recipients. You must honor opt-out requests promptly.
4. Gmail & SMTP Connections
When you connect Gmail or an SMTP mailbox, you authorize Sendqube to send email on your behalf using those credentials. You are responsible for the content of every message and for complying with your email provider's terms of service and sending limits. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time in Settings → Mailboxes.
5. Subscription, Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Sendqube offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order. If you believe you were billed in error, contact dev@sendqube.in within 30 days.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, put our sending reputation at risk, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time by closing it from Settings. On termination your right to use Sendqube ends immediately, and we will delete your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
Sendqube and its content, logos, software, and templates are owned by us and protected by applicable IP laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload or create (contacts, templates, sequences, campaign copy). You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sendqube is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific deliverability or reply rate will be achieved.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendqube will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sendqube and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your campaigns, or your breach of these Terms — including any recipient complaints, anti-spam violations, or claims related to your contact lists.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Sendqube will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Your continued use of Sendqube after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
