Deliverability & mailbox health
Pacing & ramp-up
Sending respects working hours and daily per-mailbox limits, and a sequence can be started on a gradual ramp instead of full volume immediately — recommended for new or recently-paused sequences.
How it works
Sending only happens inside each mailbox's working hours and days, capped by its daily send limit. A sequence can also ramp up gradually from a small first-day volume over several days — labeled Email Warmup in the sequence's own Settings tab, distinct from mailbox-level warmup — instead of sending at full volume from day one.
The process in Sendqube
- 1Set working hours, days, and a daily send limit per mailbox in Mailboxes.
- 2In a sequence's Settings tab, enable Email Warmup (ramp) and choose the number of days and first-day volume.
- 3The cron enforces both caps automatically, holding back sends that would exceed either the mailbox's daily limit or the sequence's current ramp allowance.
This is live in the product today — not a roadmap item.
