Sequences & sending
Microsoft 365, Gmail, and SMTP
Connect Microsoft 365 or Gmail via OAuth, or bring your own SMTP mailbox on a custom domain — no separate sending infrastructure to manage.
How it works
Microsoft 365 and Gmail connect via OAuth — you authorize Sendqube once and it holds a refresh token to send on your behalf, no password stored. SMTP mailboxes connect with host/port/username/password credentials for any custom-domain inbox.
The process in Sendqube
- 1Go to Mailboxes and click Connect.
- 2Choose Microsoft 365, Gmail (Beta), or SMTP.
- 3For OAuth providers, sign in and grant access; for SMTP, enter your server details and test the connection.
- 4Set a daily send limit, working hours, and signature, then assign the mailbox to a sequence.
This is live in the product today — not a roadmap item.
