CSV import with dedup

Import contacts from CSV with tags and saved lists; duplicate emails within a workspace are automatically deduplicated on import.

How it works

Uploading a CSV maps recognized columns (email, first name, company, etc.) onto contact fields; any other column becomes a custom field automatically. Rows are deduplicated against existing contacts in the workspace by email before inserting.

The process in Sendqube

  1. 1Go to Contacts and click Import CSV.
  2. 2Upload your file, confirm consent, and optionally add all imported contacts to a list.
  3. 3Review the import summary — imported, duplicates skipped, and invalid rows — then enroll them in a sequence.
