How it works
As you write a step, the assistant reviews tone, subject line strength, readability, personalization, and spam risk and returns specific suggestions. A Variables panel lists every {{merge_tag}} in the current draft and where it resolves from — a contact field, a custom field, or sender info — so nothing sends with an unresolved token. Separately, the AI Email Agent — opt-in per sequence — can personalize each send using the contact's job title, company, and industry, and draft replies to incoming messages. When approving multiple AI Drafts at once, each one is scored for spam-trigger phrases and formatting risk before the batch sends.

- 2To personalize sends automatically, enable the AI Agent on a sequence — drafts go to AI Drafts for your review.
- 3In AI Drafts, review one at a time or select several and approve them together — a confirmation screen flags any draft with a high spam-risk score before it sends.
